# 30 - Lacey
OMG, this lady is the motherlode: a hunchbacked Latina with one tooth. She had a box of random electronic parts from the '50s which she was brandishing at passers-by. She was so deeply into a schizophrenic episode, it was unclear if she was trying to sell them, or use them to keep the aliens away, or if she had invented a perpetual motion / time travel machine that could solve world hunger, but no one would believe her because of her grotesque appearance.
But that's not even her main thing.
FASHION POINT: check out her SHOES. THAT is her main thing. She had her whole footgear enveloped in shoelaces. They had somehow, like METASTATIZED. First they were in the regular, center-of-the-shoe-portion, then they got tied round the ankle, then over the top, bottom, and sides too. Basically they were foot-nets that a shoe somehow got caught in. Definitely there was a schizophrenic element in this, too. Like the knots had to be in exactly the right places to stop the big earthquake or to tune in to The Frequency or whatever. Perhaps they were a form of code!
Anyway she was the best.
