# 37 - Rappin' Cowboy
This dude was SO confusing: straw cowboy hat (straw!), big earrings, expensive cowboy boots, with baggy rapper designer jeans - ok, pretty ecclectic but still kind of could-have-a-job-looking. But then he fucked around and wore the North Face windbreaker under a giant pleather coat, but over a red sweater, all too-homeless-to-even-have-a-Safeway-bag-so-I-gotta-wear-all-my-clothes-at-once style.
