This dude was so disshevelled and rumpled, he looked like he just crawled out of a washing machine, wearing everyone-in-the-Laundromat's clothes at once. His hair, his tweed smoking jacket, Mr.Rodgers vest, and clown pants were all just googley-googley! His facial expression was all mischevious, like "Oh, hoo!!! I'm a character! What kind of zany adventure will i get into next??"
